Herb Crusted Chicken Breast
Chicken breast marinated with herbs and stuffed with vegetables and goat cheese, I pan seared and drizzled with orange citrus sauce. Served with sweet potato mash and sauteed vegetables.
Strawberry Grilled Beef Tenderloin
Tenderloin of beef marinated in spiced virgin olive oil then perfectly grilled, then topped with a red wine strawberry sauce with mushroom medley and fried onions. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
Chef Ainsley's Lobster and Shrimp Stuffed Tomatoes
Lobster, shrimp and fish are sauteed in garlic butter cream sauce with rice then stuffed in rosy tomato skins and served on a bed of sauteed vegetables.
Vegetables are sauteed with herbs and spice and then layered in the pan with a rich marinara sauce and shredded cheese and then topped with cream sauce, parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
